Dilshara has gained extensive expertise in rheumatology and orthopaedic rehabilitation, helping patients recover from musculoskeletal conditions.
In 2023, she completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Advancing Physiotherapy Practice from Coventry University, UK, and holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Physiotherapy from the University of Colombo.
Certified in dry needling and manual therapy, Dilshara applies these techniques to treat chronic pain and muscle dysfunction. She is particularly focused on musculoskeletal rehabilitation for older adults, designing personalized plans to improve mobility, independence, and well-being.
