OA classes –
struggling with arthritis of the knees or hips? Join us for a dance-fit class to help get your sore joints moving and exercising under the guidance of trained physiotherapist. A gentle class for any and all pain levels.
Strength class –
Want to work on core strength, balance, as well as learn good techniques for exercises and do better exercising in a group setting? Join us for fusion class which incorporates Pilates, yoga, barre, and dance fit into one 30 mins high intensity class for any and all ages
Stretching class –
Feeling stiff all the time? Wanting to work on your mobility but not sure where to start? Joint us for stretch class that blends yoga with physiotherapy to help you work on becoming a more flexible to prevent injuries and move and feel good.
