In 2021 Rajitha completed a post graduate diploma in Health and Social Care management in the UK. From this he developed a passion for rehabilitation and working collaboratively with health care professionals.
Rajitha employs a hands on approach to physiotherapy, and has advanced training in dry needling, which he uses in conjunction to manual therapy and exercise prescription. He has worked extensively in orthopaedics and post operative rehabilitation and has treated a vast array of post operative conditions.
Being a registered member of the World Federation of Aquatic therapy, Rajitha can create individualised pool programs for a variety of conditions seen in the clinic. He is also fluent in Sinhalese.
